Ms. Violeth is an Advocate of the High Court of Tanzania and subordinate courts thereto save for Primary Courts.
Ms. Violeth Holds a Bachelor of Laws Degree (LL.B) from the St. Augustine University of Tanzania and a Post Graduate Diploma in Legal Practice from the Law School of Tanzania.
Ms. Violeth has worked in both national and international law firms and is well experienced in all aspects of Corporate and Commercial law, Immigration law, Labor law and Intellectual Property Law. In particular, she has more than 4 years of commercial law experience and experience in handling of disputes arising out of Intellectual Property Rights registrations and applications, International filling and registration of Intellectual Property rights under ARIPO (African Regional Intellectual Property organization and GCC (Gulf Cooperation Council) scheme and Due diligence reporting, company set ups and compliance.
Ms. Violeth was admitted to the Bar in 2015 hence a member of Tanganyika Law Society (TLS), East African Law Society (EALS) and the International Bar Association.
