Operational costs are also lower in comparison to the abovementioned cities.”

At the recent annual Global Sourcing Association (GSA) Awards held in London, South Africa won the award for Outsourcing Destination of the Year for 2016. More than 350 members of the leading outsourcing service providers, advisors and buyers were brought together at the ceremony. This further lays emphasis on South Africa’s position as being the most attractive destination for outsourcing, globally.
